Once you choose to partner with Matrix247 we will engage your 7 step blueprint to ensure the most successful deployment possible.
Welcome Pack
We introduce you to your onboarding team. They will include:
- Your Pre-Sales Team that designed your chosen IT solution.
- Your on-going strategic Account Development Manager (ADM) who will become your ongoing first point of contact & pro-activity keep you informed every step of the way.
- Your solution Project Lead Manager (PLM) who will complete your formal Scope of Works (SoW)
- Your lead Microsoft Engineer who will complete the agreed SoW for you.
Your onboarding team, after gaining your formal permission, will gather all the information we need from your current incumbent suppliers on your behalf to save you the time and ensure we stay on-track to agreed timescales for your deployment.
Your onboarding team will ensure all the gaps are completed to ensure a seamless transition to your new solution so you don’t continue to receive any invoices ongoing for peripheral services.
Your PLM will coordinate pre-site surveys at all necessary locations to track and tag label all hardware and assets we have agreed to directly support as part of the agreed SoW.
Your PLM will coordinate discussions with current suppliers (where appropriate) and our contact in your organisation to ensure we resolve all outstanding infrastructure and network issues of outstanding fault tickets are completed and your I.T. environment is ready to receive the new solution ensuring it is built on a solid foundation with Matrix247.
Your strategic ADM will complete your ICT Audit Report across all your organisations technologies including telecoms, mobile comms, digital print services and connected applications and deliver this to you.
This will become a roadmap framework in partnership with yourselves to build a logical plan outlining all areas of possible collaboration and integration between the various technologies to ensure your ICT strategy is completely aligned with your organisations business plan/strategy for the short, medium and long-term.
Your PLM will lead a partnership forum group across all remaining suppliers to ensure all companies are aligned and synchronized on the same strategic deployment plan across a 7 point plan involving all current:
- Physical & Virtual Servers
- Network Connections
- Cyber Security being provided
- Telecom and Mobile comms being provided
- Line of business software and licenses deployed
- Workstations and Laptops deployed in the field.
- Back-up and restorations in place ensuring no gaps in transition.
Your strategic ADM will assist in developing a continual improvement measurement dashboard around the agreed solution deployed.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) and appropriate measurements to be continually tracked ensuring ongoing account visits can accurately deliver a transparent report you can share at board level ensuring your investments in the chosen Matrix247 solution can be reviewed quarterly and together we can objectively measure all appropriate touchpoints, tickets and trends ensuring the most logical and factual decisions can be made to ensure the best possible performance for the following quarter.
