Price Changes - April 2025

You will have seen the media reports on rising costs with inflation at its highest level in more than a decade, driven in part by the unprecedented rise in energy costs. The effect is being felt across our supply chain, with suppliers increasing costs to us accordingly. Matrix247 have had to review our pricing across the board and made some small adjustments.

We have tried to balance any small increases in some services that are out of our direct control (like BT Openreach), whilst providing our customers decreases in prices in other areas that ARE in our control.

Some customers may be slightly better off, depending on services currently consumed from Matrix247, while others may have a small adjustment that works out slightly more.

However, in the vast majority of these cases there are many options to migrate these products and services to ones with far improved performance at a lower cost on the Matrix247 portfolio; so would encourage your company to contact your Matrix247 account manager at the earliest opportunity as this should hopefully prove extremely beneficial to your organisation, especially with the current incentives we have put in place.

Therefore, in accordance with the terms of your supply agreement, this document constitutes thirty (30) days’ notice of the following changes in prices to you with effect from 1st April 2025.
