Price Adjustments
We always strive to manage costs wherever possible and we have been absorbing some initial underlying increases for some time, however with increases to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), Producer Price Index (PPI), labour costs and with suppliers in the sector all increases their prices, Matrix247 have had to review our pricing across the board and made some small adjustments.
We have focused the price increases on the product areas that we believe will have the smallest long-term impact on our customers, and we have also sought to provide incentives on migration routes to alternative services within our portfolio.
Therefore, in accordance with the terms of your supply agreement, this document constitutes thirty (30) days’ notice of the following changes in prices to you with effect from 01.10.2023.
