With a specialism in employee engagement and culture development, Mairi joined the MAPD Group after working closely with the management team for a number of years as a consultant. During her years as a consultant, Mairi worked across a number of sectors from FMCG and Manufacturing to Financial Services and Academia as well as the legal sector. Highlights included supporting a manufacturer through their acquisition by a huge global brand, working with a Financial Services brand as they debuted in the top half of the Top 100 Best Companies to work for list and working with the MAPD team to develop a really distinctive culture at MAPD. Mairi laid the foundations for her employee engagement credentials at Iceland Foods where she established and led the Engagement and Internal Comms function to the title of the Best Big Company to work for in 2012 and 2014, with a second-place finish in 2013!  Mairi is proud of the culture she and the team work hard on every day at MAPD: Supporting people to make a positive difference every day, to themselves, to their clients, to their colleagues and to their communities.
