The surgery previously had an end-of-life Toshiba ISDN phone system meaning they no longer had support and replacement parts were unavailable. Fishergate Hill Surgery wished to introduce the most resilient telecoms infrastructure possible to protect client communications whilst significantly reducing operational support and call costs.
